I was sent a document to sign and accidentally accepted the ‘DocuSign’ default as my signature for the document.
I have updated my signatures in my profile but am not able to sign this document with my name- the only option that comes up when I select ‘Sign’ is the incorrect “DocuSign’ default.
Is there a way to fixt this?

Hi @Cantinam ! You can change an existing signature and initials from your DocuSign Account at any time. You just need to access your account, and on the Home page you will find your signature adopted, just need to click on it and a pop-up will appear. Check the article below for more information:
Now, talking about this specific envelope, if you didn’t finish your step action, please access it again and click on your signature, a new menu will appear with two options “Change” and “Clear” (see image below). You can click on “Change”, a new pop-up will appear, and you’ll be able to create a new signature and/or edit or even exclude the first one.
However, if this option is enabled or the field name cannot be edited, it means the account’s sender blocked this option and you won’t be able to change it - this setting is determined by the sender account.
We are glad to have you here and can't wait to help share as much knowledge as possible.
I am sorry to hear that your signature is not being applied as expected, but I will gladly help you correct the issue as soon as possible.
If the envelope in question is related to your active DocuSign user, you will be able to change your signature after it was applied by left-clicking it and selecting "Change".
And as you mentioned, you are also able to update your adopted signatures in Manage Profile>Signatures.
