I am trying to use demo of Docusign. But I have some queries about Business Pro plan:
- What is maximum of envelope can be sent per month?
- How to disable of sending completed signed documents to signers?
- How to output format of Get documents from an envelope on have sumary and the last document with full signatures?

What is maximum of envelope can be sent per month?

  • Our eSignature Standard and Business Pro annual plans include an Envelope allowance of up to 100 Envelopes per user per year, with options for monthly plans that include an allowance of up to 10 Envelopes per user per month. If you purchase the Business Pro annual plan, the envelopes are consumable within the billing cycle, and you are allowed to utilize all of them in just one month. Important: If your Envelope usage exceeds your plan allowance, each Envelope used in excess is considered an “additional” Envelope that will be billed in a “Pay-As-You-Go” manner, where Docusign will charge a set, per-envelope fee. This ensures you can continue using your Docusign eSignature service without interruption to your business. To increase your subscription allowance you can pre-purchase envelopes on the Plans & Billing page of your account. This allows you to plan ahead and save more as your business grows.

How to disable of sending completed signed documents to signers?

  • Only the recipient has the ability to manage their notification settings within their DocuSign account. However, the Administrator has the option to turn off the “Attach documents to completion email” settings, which will stop signed PDFs from being attached to the completion email notifications sent to the recipients. Please note that this is an account-wide setting that will apply to all envelopes sent from the users of the account. More information here: Envelope Delivery

How to output format of Get documents from an envelope on have a sumary and the last document with full signatures?
