A few years ago I was able to upload PDF documents and create a template that I could send to people and have them complete the form.  Apparently changes have been made and pdf is no longer a supported document format.

What is the best way to create a template that I can send to people such as an onboarding form that gets used frequently.

@dbaacke15

You can still upload PDF documents and create a template; nothing has changed in that regard and you can continue using Docusign eSignature like previously with the PDF.

With the new Agreement Template Builder, which is based on the .docx file format, you gain additional benefits related to document generation and data merging. You can also edit the document directly within DocuSign eSignature, without needing to make changes to the original Word document and re-upload it.
