How can I contact support?

Hi! I have a paid plan. The billing history fails to load. I am trying to contact someone from the support team but all I see is that I can not open a case and I can also get wrong answers from the bot. How can I talk to any human to get the invoice and send it to our accountants?

Hi Pawan,

Sorry but your answer is not related the the question.
 

  1. I was not asking about changing a signature.
  2. As I said, I can not create a Support Case as “Your Docusign plan does not support opening cases”.

There is a bug in the system that indicates I am on free account although I hav just paid for the whole year. I need someone from support team to contact but the system does not allow me to contact anyone.

Oh, My bad🫡! Can you tell me which plan, you are using right now? though mentioning the plan wise support.

Meanwhile sharing the steps If you are not able to open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.

Highly likely the standard one. I just can say that I paid $120 for 1 year of eSignature personal. I’ll try to follow your advice, many thanks for helping!
