Signature Limitation

I understand that you're experiencing an issue with the signature limits on an envelope that only requires 7 signatures. I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.

There is a limit of 99 recipients per envelope, regardless of the recipient type. However, if you are using a free trial account, the recipient limit is 5 recipients. For more details, please see: Limitations When Creating or Signing an Envelope in Docusign
