cc copy not in inbox or completed document - notification received however.

Hi, 

We have different teammates being copied on final documents. They are not receiving in their Inbox/Completed the copy of the finalized document. They however receive a notification once the document has been completed. 

They can only access it while the link is active. 

  • The signing order is set and active. 
  • We had them as sequential before, now trying that all those cc’d with the same order, still not working.

We need people to receive a copy of the completed document so they can have access anytime. They cannot be relying on someont to send it to them. Or on the notification link (which they are getting) because it expires too quickly. 

For those of you who the cc function works, can you describe the full set up and steps? And how to people access the completed documents? 

(In case we are doing something else incorrectly).

Thank you for reaching out here in the Docusign Community. Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

 

 

Recipients that are set to Receives a Copy will only receive an email notification with a link to download the completed document but not generate a copy on their inbox or completed folder.

You can set up your account to attach a PDF copy of the completed document to be attached on the notification email that all recipients will recieve for them to have a copy even when the link has expired.

You may follow the steps from this link to enable it on your account.

Why are documents not attached to the Completed email notification?
