Why can't I see my signed envelopes?

I have recently signed three powerform documents. It seems as though I have never signed them/ sent them despite the fact that other signers have received the documents. My email address’s inbox has not received any emails upon the completion of the powerforms. When accessing my docusign accoutn, the ‘Agreements’ tab only contains one of the powerforms, and the powerform folder will load infinitely when pressed (so I can’t attempt to view the documents from that folder either).

It is important that I download the completed documents, but I have no access to them. What am I to do now?

Any help is appreciated.

@akuforiji

There is an Docusign account setting, which allows to configure if “embedded” signers, like PowerForm, will receive the completion email of not. This is based on the configuration of the sending account and it sounds like it may have been configured to not send the completion email to embedded signers.

This would explain why you are not able to see the documents in your Docusign account.

If the PowerForms are from your company and you have Admin access to the account, you may the actual settings mentioned above under Signing Settings:
