With no phone support, no chat support, and no ability to open a ticket through the website, how do you get support???

I am logged into my account but the ability to open a support ticket does not exist. When I try, I am taken to the Manage Cases page showing old tickets, but no button exists to open a NEW ticket.

Chat takes you to the same page. Phone tells you to use the website. Website doesn’t work.

Any help or suggestions is appreciate!

Yes, I compare the DocuSign support service : https://www.docusign.com/features-and-benefits/support-plans-pricing. the hot line service is only available above plus support plan. Are your account subscribition expired? the create case button should be available in normal account.

Hello,

Thanks for the reply. I have an active monthly standard subscription, $15 per month. The problem is, there appears to be an issue with my account, the website, or both and I have no way to report it or get help.

Yes I can. There is just a bunch of links and videos on various topics, and a link to this forum. No other links to open a ticket.
