Dear Team,

I simply want to get signatures of few of my colleagues on a pdf form which had fillable fields. I have already filled the fields and strictly want them to only be able to read and sign the pdf document. but as I upload that pdf document and add recipients and press Next button (in the bottom). I land inside my documents. I see that my form fields have become editable for all the recipients and lots of additional fillable text fields gets added in the form. I didn’t expect this behavior from DocuSign platform. I just want the recipients to be able to read and sign at the place I place sign-holder for them.

I search net to find solution of this issue. I only came across a thread about adding AutoPlace holder. where in the questioner clearly requested for solution to completely disable auto populating field feature of DocuSign.

I tried but failed. I am totally confused as this doesn’t resolve my issue.

Please try to help me in the easiest way possible I am novice to this platform.

Regards,
