+1Hello, I have a quick question. I want to get rid of the frame around the signature. I have changed my settings. I have cleared the cache. I have done everything. When I go sign the document, the frame continues to appear. I do not want the frame. How do I fix this? I have tried to sign it on the mobile app, but it continues to crash, and I cannot.

Welcome to DocuSign Support!
Did you change the DocuSign Admin signing setting? you can go to Admin Console, then Signing Settings, change the DocuSign Frame to "do not add frame", under the Signature section and save.
