I just sent my first document to 9 people for signatures (One envelope). I know that a few people have signed it, but I can’t see the progress of signatures. When I look at the SENT envelope, it still shows that it’s waiting for all 9. I set it up to be sent in order, and yet it says it’s waiting for the first person. I know two others down the line have signed it. Can they sign out of order? Thank you!

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!
If a signing order was used it is not possible to have a recipient sign before their turn. Can you get the envelope ID from one of the recipients that already signed and the envelope ID from the document you sent from your account?: Where can I find the Envelope ID?
