Hi everyone,
I’m on a trial and have sent out a few contracts to be signed successfully however this message just popped up:
The envelope allowance for the account has been exceeded.
** found that I’ve exceeded envelopes by only sending out less than 10! Crazy! Any way around this. Trial for 30days and I’ve exceed it on the first day. Seems pointless and no way of actually contacting Support either by phone or chat.
