Pre-populating Signature Issue

When I send a document to a client for signing, it is pre-populating a ‘text-typed signature’ and not allowing the user to change it to a hand-written signature. When they click on the pre-populated text-typed signature, it does not show a drop-down menu option to ‘change’.

There are multiple reasons in which user can not able to change there signature and instead of asking those I am sharing the link of article.
