Needs To View - Do they receive a copy also?

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, I understand you want to know if Needs to View envelopes will receive a copy of the completed envelope.

They should be able to receive a copy of the completed envelope, I just did a test on my demo account, and the recipient that I set as needs to view received the completed notification. Or are you referring to receiving the completed document as an attachment?
