If I set up a document to have an order for signature and one person chooses NOT to sign. Can the document be forwarded to another signer? Since the doc only needs 51% to be valid, can it be printed by me at any point once the required # have signed

By the same token, if I am having a person in line that is not responding, can I change them to the last person to sign even after they have received the email to sign the document? If so, will that void the ability to sign with the first email they received or are they allowed to sign anytime?
