When I download a document that was completed with checkboxes, the “X”s where the checkboxes are supposed to be are not there. When creating the document I created the checkboxes with the validation of “select at most 1,” making them required. The other user had to have completed them if its signed, right?
I attempted to download from another browser and I ran into the same issue. With my company’s VPN I cannot clear cache or history.
Please help!

I’m sorry to hear that the checkboxes are not showing ticked when downloading. I understand you added a validation making the checkboxes required but they are not showing on the document.
Can you provide more information? How many checkboxes are in the document and what is the expected amount for the signer to select?
