Within templates, the function to replace a document is greyed out for a DS Sender on our account.  As an administrator how do I to give permission to a DS Sender User to be able to replace. In the Admin section I see how to change profile permissions and clicked the template settings but see everything except "replace".  Can anyone please advise how to do this?  Thanks

Hello @AMcC ,

As an administrator, you can add permission profiles or create new ones from existing profiles.
If you are using the default Permission Profiles (DS Admin, DS Sender, and DS Viewer), you would need to create a copy first of the Permission Profile before you can edit it.

Please follow the steps from this link to do so.

Add and Copy Permission Profiles
