Docusign Matching - not above 80 %

Hello, I have a template that I can get to match for template matching at 78% using IDR. I need to get this over 80% so our users can see it as the default is set to 80%. I know i can ask users to lower their preference for matching but i should not have to. The document matched 100% before and was only replaced with a new document that added 2 lines.

I have moved the IDR to multiple places and added multiple IDR to the document. Adding more IDR seems to make it worse and not better as my percentage matching goes down.

I have reviewed this document already Set Custom IDR Zones

Any assistance is appreciated.

Can you please confirm which has more pages, the template, or the document that is being uploaded? 

Based on the Template Matching Considerations, the uploaded document page count must be greater than or equal to the template page count.

Thanks for the reply!

I am uploading the exact same document used to make the Template and it will not match 100%. Currently it is not matching at all.

The issue was from the PDF being used as the template was saved as an image and the text could not be read by the matching software.
