If I have a document translated to 5 or 6 languages, does anyone have any experience setting up Salesforce to select a language prior to sending the document?  Thank you for your help!  I went through a bunch of documentation.

The easiest solution would be the following:

  1. Specify a field with the available languages in Salesforce.com, if it does not already exist.
  2. Create an additional formula field to map DocuSign template ID based on the field.
  3. Configure the button that initiates the Send for Signature process from Salesforce.com to DocuSign eSignature to include your formula field value to select the right template ID.

Based on the specific field having the right language selected, the correct language document will automatically be picked when clicking the “Send for Signature” button in Salesforce.com
