Docusign Gen on Partner Portal (Digital Experience Site Salesforce)

We have a client who wants to use the new DocGen features from Salesforce as they have a requirement for Dynamic Tables.

Additionally, they would like to have a Partner on their Partner Portal utilise the same functionality (not embedded signature.)

Anyone know if this is possible?

Welcome to the DocuSign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

 

I understand you would like a client to use Dynamic Tables in DocGen and would like a Partner in their Partner Portal to do the same.

 

Currently, Gen doesn’t work with Experience Cloud sites like a partner portal. However, you are free to submit a support ticket to request the enhancement. In the meantime, a workaround would be to write some custom code and utilize our Doc Gen API to generate documents from a partner portal. You would need to work with your DocuSign sales team on pricing to use the CLM Doc Gen API.
