I am a DocuSign Admin and noticed that employees are being given seats in eSignature by Docusign System and not by me. How can I disable this feature so that only Admins can provide a seat and not DocuSign System?
Did you configure Single-Sign-on (SSO) with Just-in-time (JIT) provisioning for your Docusign account? Other than that I cannot think of a way why users could be automatically created in your Docusign eSignature account.
If you turn off the JIT, no user will be created from your identity provider automatically and you need to add them manually, what seems to be what you are looking for.
