Multipe SMS codes are being sent to customers

Some of our customers are receiving multiple SMS codes when signing their envelopes.  Is anyone else experiencing the same issue.

This has happened to us on occasions whilst performing testing.

I think you need create case with support team let they investigate. What countries are they? Same country or different country?
