As a DocuSign Admin, I'm trying to update the API Username (running user) for our Salesforce integration. Previously, my work email was set as the running user, which we want to change to a dedicated service account email. However, the DocuSign interface has been updated, and I can't locate this setting anymore. Can someone guide me to where I can find and update the API Username or running user for our Salesforce integration in the current DocuSign admin interface?

Hi Amy, on the homepage of Docusign Setup in Salesforce, you’ll find information on your Connected Account. You’ll see the name & Id. You can select Disconnect and then confirm. Please do note this will result in a complete disabling of Docusign for Salesforce for all users. Afterwards you can log in as the dedicated user and re-activate the connection.

Alternatively you could also opt to create a new user in Salesforce for yourself and modify the details of your current (integration) user to the dedicated user.

The second alternative would be to reach out to Docusign Support who can perform some more actions in the back end I assume.

Good luck!
