I have a Docusign production account, but we don't know how to activate e seals, how can we contact an administrator to activate it? we have a pro business account.
We have access to support center but we don’t know if we need to create a CLM.CM account to open a Case but i dont’t know if that is the correct way to do it.

+14You need to contact one of your own internal Docusign Administrators if you are not an Admin yourself. Your Admins can raise a Docusign Support ticket when they need support to do so or something does not work.
You do not need a CLM.CM account to open a support ticket, this is a legacy product you can ignore.
Click here and then on the left side, where it says eSignature and login with your Docusign credentials.
