I'd like to raise a concern regarding the Certified DocuSign eSignature Technical Consultant badge listed on Credly:

Although the badge title clearly states eSignature, the description currently refers to it as the “Certified DocuSign CLM Technical Consultant”, which creates confusion and undermines the professional recognition and accuracy of the certification.

As exam takers, we treat this certification with seriousness and professionalism, and the final badge should reflect the correct product focus, which in this case is DocuSign eSignature — not CLM.

📌 The current description says:
“Earning the Certified DocuSign CLM Technical Consultant badge indicates that the candidate has completed a professional certification exam that validates knowledge of the DocuSign eSignature product...”

This contradiction not only weakens the credibility of the badge but also makes it harder to demonstrate the true expertise and rigor behind the certification to others.

I hope the DocuSign certification teams can review and correct this content as soon as possible to maintain the accuracy and professionalism of DocuSign’s partner certification framework.
