i have been sending documents to email address that are not .com

i have been sending documents to email addresses that end in .tech and it doesn’t go thru. 

anyone experience this?

There should generally be no issue with sending Docusign envelopes to email addresses ending in (.tech). However, Docusign Email notifications may be blocked by your recipient's email server, firewall, email provider, or email client (such as MS Outlook).  Please see the article Why am I not getting Docusign email notifications? 

If the issue persists, you may submit a case so one of our Support team can take a closer look at the issue. Please be ready with the Envelope ID/s.
