Candidate signature missing on offer letter in SF stored copy

Hi

The signed letter from the candidate that comes back and sits in the offer letter portlet in SF in suddenly missing the candidate signature.It looks like it is there but with a white stamp.

The same letter also goes to the Recruiter and candidate inboxes and that has the signature.

What is wrong with the stored copy?

This was working well until recently.

Please assist.

Hi Nimesha ​@NimACC ,

In this case, I would recommend that you contact our Customer Support team, as only they will be able to tell you exactly what may have happened.

Based on your text, from what I can understand, there was a problem with the Docusign writeback to Salesforce, and that is why this envelope was not updated to the lastest signed version. If this is the issue, you can ask your administrator to access your Connect settings (inside the eSignature Admin menu) and ask to republish this envelope, so that you can send the latest version to SF again. But again, this is just my assumption based on your brief text. The Customer Support team will be able to support you with much more details and troubleshoot!
