Documents Disappearing BEFORE they are signed

Hi there, 

Over the last couple of weeks, I’ve tried to send a document to members of our team, from another company, and I get the confirmation - that it’s been sent, and I check back and it’s gone. Not only is it gone, but no one has received it. But I’ve received the confirmation. 

I have a paid account. But it’s just weird how it’s happened for two weeks, with the same doc. Has there been an outage or anything?
