PowerForm Signer Information -Why am I seeing my name and email in the Other Signers fields

OK I’m new here so…

I have a template and a power form for an NDA. Someone from my company will be emailing this NDA out through their outlook account as multiple emails to multiple people.  The template is setup with two people from our company as recipients. (so we can monitor NDAs coming in)

I have the URL for the powerform, but when I email this out as a test and click through on the URL, I see the recipient fills in their name and email but in fields below in the section “Please provide information for any other
signers needed for this document.”  My name and email is listed there.   Shouldnt’ this be blank for the NDA recipient to fill out in case there’s others in their org that needs to sign?

@tomn68

Yes, if you want the external party to have a blank slot for additional signers, you need to set up a separate role for them in the template—and remove any direct references (or locked roles) to your own name/email from that editable section. Make sure your internal signers’ roles are prefilled/locked in the template so they do not appear as fields that the external party can view or change. This will keep your own info from showing up in the “Please provide information for other signers” section, leaving that blank and available for the recipient’s additional signers.

This is the setting if you want the locked roles.

Sorry. I get it now. I  used the CC to receive a copy and then advanced to not allow edits/deletions so I think that did it.
