Hi Community,

I have followed all the exact steps and configured docusign.
I have provided all the table permissions, and all looks good except one error when I click on View and Sign button which is as attached. Error: “There was a problem opening the document. Please contact your administrator.” Please let me know what exactly is causing this issue and how can I resolve the issue.

To be more specific, I am trying this in Power pages multistep form. Permissions are provided for authenticated user and the browser I am trying is on Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome.

It is very difficult to say what went wrong without additional information like API Logs and HAR recording.

Please open a support case through the Support Center
