I am trying to make a card payment on docusign but the following error massage shows up: "unable to authorize payment, try again later". Please help resolve this.

This error is usually triggered when the payment authorization is declined by your bank, the most common causes are:

 

*The card entered has expired

* Insufficient Funds

*Bank blocking online purchases

Taking this into consideration, the best course of action would be using a different card, or contacting your bank directly to confirm what is causing the transaction to be declined from their end.
