Hi all. I need to purchase Docusing service, but I can’t. They say that I need to put valid postal code. I know my zip code (Lithuanian), it is valid, but Docusing keeps saying it is not. I need to send envelopes ASAP. HELP to solve this.

I'm sorry this error is happening!

Try to enter only the first 5 numbers of your ZipCode, without letters. If it still doesn't work, try entering “00000”.

You can later edit this information by going to Settings > Account Profile.
