Perhaps someone can help me with our synchronization problem. 

When a client of ours fills out 4 forms for 4 different companies, the (required) box synchronizes itself  to one person, making it impossible to send the form to multiple people in one envelope. In summary: the forms always synchronize; therefore, the same information appears on all forms. How can we avoid this problem? Thank you for your assistance.
