Where is the “IDV Premier” solution hosted?

The identity verification itself is done by our provider, checkout.com. The rest of the solution is handled by Docusign. So part of the data is gathered by the provider.

If I may, I will give you a little bit more context as I might need you to expand further on the explanation.

I want to use the QES in Switzerland (to be Zertes compliant). I understand that DocuSign is using Swisscom trust services as QES in Switzerland needs to go through one of the official digital signature provider to be fully recognized.

When DocuSign goes through Swisscom trust services, they are using IDV Premier (for ID Verification). 

Now my question was more about where are those data going through IDV Premier hosted? In which country?

Also what kind of data are stored outside DocuSign?

When using Swisscom, the data is not going via IDV Premier or ID verification. Swisscom is sold on our side via the IDV premier SKU, but it does not use IDV. In this instance, the signer's data is going through Swisscom only.
