There should be away to add information/columns to the above report. There are times when DOE request an audit on a sender. We need to add at least the sender.

Available columns for this report

The SMS Delivery Opt-in Status Report is available to account administrators. This report provides a list of recipients who have granted consent to receive envelopes by SMS delivery.

Column	Description
Recipient Name	The recipient's name.
Recipient Phone Number	The phone number the recipient opted-in for SMS delivery.
Recipient Email	The recipient's email.
Opt-In Status	The recipient's response to SMS opt-in. Values: Accepted, Declined, No Response
Opt-In Date	The date the recipient provided their response.
Envelope ID	The envelope ID.
Envelope Sent Date	The date the envelope was first sent using SMS delivery.
