It would be helpful to have a designated primary contact in DS Support who would answer the Cases opened by the Account Admin. 

This needs to be a similar Time Zone person with a secondary/backup person in case of the off hours.

Yes, we also meet this issue. sometimes the support is leave, no update before he/she back for dev case. there are no hotline that can call like other case. we want contact the support ASAP, only can email or click callback. sometime no one callback.
