I have attached the email that was received when I sent something for external review.  I have looked at the resources files to see if I can change any of this text because I don’t want all of this in the email, so I need to modify it.  I was told that I could not modify the resource file for this.  We need a way to be able to modify all aspects of this email.  I may only want the reviewer to review it online.

Hi ​@mshealy - I upvoted and completely agree about being able to customize all facets of the email.

The one portion of the above ask “I may only want the reviewer to review it online.” can be handled via Admin » Account Management » Account Settings » Enable External Review Completion by Email (checkbox) directly above the Manual Tasks Reminders heading.

This checkbox only turns off the reply via email option but fails to address the additional need of the customization being asked for. Also, the reply via email feature, as of my last testing, drops the email body message - it is not returned as part of the reply and thus not consumable within the workflow. However, using the online approach does retain the comments added by the reviewer. I filed a ticket in the past about this issue.
