We submitted the app and integration for go-live a week ago, but it is still showing as 'Pending Approval.

We have successfully sent 20 API calls, submitted them for review, and marked the first task as complete. However, after submitting for go-live, it is still showing as 'Pending Approval.' Is there anything we need to do to expedite the approval process?

Go-Live reviews can take up to 7 days, we are processing them as we are able to. We don’t have an ETA at this time for the Go-Live review to be complete but once it is done, you will be able to promote it to your production account immediately.

Thank you for the update. However, it has already been over 7 days, and this delay is causing significant issues. Our site is live, users are waiting for this functionality, and our client is becoming increasingly unhappy with the situation.
 
We kindly request you to prioritize this review and let us know if there’s anything we can do to assist in expediting the process.

How can i Contact with Docusign Developer Team..My GoLive Still not approved, I use Different ways

1: Create Post into Community.docusign.com .. they did not helped to me,
2: i open ticket into Support logins, But They said , we are not handling this issue, they give me advice you can contact into State Over Flow , with [Docusign API] Tag.. So i said Ok 
3: I went to Stak Overflow , they delete our Post , someone response this is not Customer Support … So they Delete our Post … 
So please Can anyone tell to me , how can i contact with Developer Support team ……. Too much Frustration from last 12 Days….
