Does Agreement Action Rule or eSignature API need to pay extra service ?

May I know below 2 methods. Which one need to pay for extra service or free to use  ?

  1. Agreement Action Rule / Agreement Connection to MS Shared Point / One Drive / Drop Box
  1. Using eSignature API with Apps and Integration Keys – to download document

The idea what we want to achieve is to sending finished document to keep on other file server location.

    The methods you mention should be included in most Docusign plans without additional cost.
