Using WACOM STU-430 for signing

Hello,

In our company, we have STU-430 signature tablets. Are they compatible with signing in DOCUSIGN applications?

regarding your question  the Docusign Signature Pad option supports Topaz Systems, Inc™ and ePadLink™ ePad- ink™ signature pad devices only.

Hi Mahmoud,

I saw in the following documentation that you mention WACOM-type tablets. Why does this name appear if you are not compatible with this type of equipment ?

Wacom tablets are mentionned here also, user seem to sign with this kind of tablet :

 

Morevoer, your link mentions “ The Signature Pad Allowed option”. What does it mean ? Could you please give me more information on it and its price ?
