In DocuSign for Salesforce, has any one else had this error message for a user - 'Error: Please verify that you have been granted access to DocuSign, your account settings are correct and that you have responded to all activation emails' ?

The user has an activated account in DocuSign, the user ID from DocuSign has been updated in Salesforce against the user account and the user has sender permissions both in DocuSign and Salesforce

Any assistance would be appreciated

Please ensure that the steps outlined in the guide below have been exhausted:

If you have gone through the steps mentioned in the guide and the user in question keeps experiencing the same issue, it would be best to create a case and have a Support Expert take a closer look at your setup.

If you are not able to open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.
