In DocuSign for Salesforce, has any one else had this error message for a user - 'Error: Please verify that you have been granted access to DocuSign, your account settings are correct and that you have responded to all activation emails' ?
The user has an activated account in DocuSign, the user ID from DocuSign has been updated in Salesforce against the user account and the user has sender permissions both in DocuSign and Salesforce
Any assistance would be appreciated
