I have a trial and im unable to upload the document i need. Its an open text word document. A message saying unsupported document keeps coming up.

@Kelsbels Here is a DocuSign article of supported file types. If the extension does not match one of the supported types you will need to open the document in whatever application created the document and try to save as a supported format. PDFs and DOCX are probably the most popular.
