I had no envelopes left and upgraded my plan but I still have no envelopes now. Did I upgrade to the wrong plan? I am trying to send out one simple document and even after upgrading can’t seem to do so. Support is terrible and won’t work.

Hi
Plan upgrades usually happen quickly, but in some cases they may take a while due to payment not being confirmed by the card administrator.
Another issue that may have occurred is that you upgraded your account A, but are now accessing your account B. Docusign allows you to have more than one account with the same email address. If this is the problem, try the Switch Accounts option.
Finally, if you are still having problems, I recommend that you open a ticket via the Support Center, so that the team can check and assist you directly.
