Unable to send docs or create a support case with a paid account

Keep getting this error. Also, unable to create a support case even on a paid account

Thank you for reaching out here in Docusign Community.

At the bottom of the page when you access the link below, more support options you can use the “I can’t access my account” and this will allow you to create a case.

https://support.docusign.com/s/contactSupport?language=en_US&rsc_301

Please take note that comments is not included in Personal Plan.

If you are not on a personal plan you may follow the steps below on how to enable comments.

Enable Comments on Envelopes
