Unable to download when sigining a document

When being asked to download there is no way to download the original PDF.
The signing page won’t allow me to copy.

The signing page won’t allow me to click on links within the document

The signing page is a graphic image and the fonts become blurry when scaled up.

If I open a NEW window and go into docusign I can download the original documents and have all of the benefits. Why can’t I download to read in a PDF reader where I can’t get the above benefits?

There could be one of two reasons why your document may not be available for download:

  1. Your account may not be set up for offline signing. Contact your Docusign account administrator for help.
  2. The envelope may have fields that don't support offline signing. Contact the sender to fix and resend it, preferably by posting a comment. For more information, check the Use Comments To Ask and Answer Questions About a Document guide
