Unable to correct Delivery Issue?

I sent an envelope to 3 users to sign, but accidentally typed one email incorrectly and it bounced back as a “Delivery Failure.” The first user signed, but I need to correct the second users email address. 

When I am on my homepage, I can see the envelope under Agreement Activity section, but when I click “Correct” to the right of the envelope, it brings me to the inbox page and I receive the message “Unable to Access the Envelope.” From the “Sent” folder, I can see the envelope, but there is no option to correct. 

Any ideas on how to correct this?

I understand you accidentally mistyped one email from one of your recipients, which bounced back as a “Delivery Failure.” When you click Correct from the Agreement Action, you get “Unable to Access the Envelope. error message.” And from the “Sent” folder, you see no option to correct. 

 

I’m very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. Let's go ahead and get this sorted out.

 

Possibly, the envelope was initiated to be corrected, and changes need to be saved. From your Sent folder, do you see this Continue button?

Thank you, but there was no option to continue, the continue button had “Re-Send” instead.

Thank you for getting back to me. I am sorry you do not see the option to Correct or continue correcting the envelope.

 

Could you please confirm if you are using a free plan or a paid subscription? It's important to note that free plans do not include the option to correct envelopes. If you have a paid subscription and are still encountering this issue, I recommend creating a Customer Support case so that a Tech Support Expert can investigate further. Please include the envelope ID number in the case notes. 

 

How to find your document’s envelope ID: Where can I find the Envelope ID?

 

To open a support case in the Docusign Support Center, go to the "Get Support" section and select "Open a Support Case.” Log in using your Docusign credentials and select a case subject. If you have multiple Docusign accounts, choose the appropriate account to continue. Open a case in the Docusign Support Center.
