UE qualified signature - The certificate was revoked.

Hi, I have a problem with EU qualified signature.

after adding the document the system goes through all the steps but at the end it informs that: 

 

We cannot use this certificate

The certificate was revoked.

 

 

my signature:

 

Issuer: COPE SZAFIR - Kwalifikowany

Serial: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Expires: 2027.03.10

 so it is valid.

 

I will add that previously everything worked properly. 
However, my signature expired and I made a new one. This new one in other systems works correctly only not in DOCUSIGN.

Hi ​@Logar4 !

Every time a digital certificate (QES) is used on Docusign, it’s necessary to check whether it’s a valid and accepted certificate. This check, when a problem is identified, may show exactly this result of "certificate was revoked", even when the this database is temporary inaccessible.

In this case, I would recommend that you try to sign again. If the error persists, please, contact the issuer of your QES certificate to check if everything is OK. Some issuers may offer tests on their websites.

I tried to use this signature many times on different computers. There is always the same error.

This signature works fine in many other programs e.g. AcrobatReader. It also works correctly in Polish public institutions. There are no problems anywhere but in DocuSign.

Last year I used the same signature and everything worked correctly everywhere. Only when the signature expired and a new signature of the same type was purchased again it stopped working in DocuSign (only in DocuSign)
The signature issuer says that everything is fine with this signature.

HI,

everything became clear. However, the issuer of the signature made an error during the activation of the signature. 
He admitted it only after the fifth conversation and reclamation of the service.
