I'm new as of today using the trial version. This is a workflow / template question for an existing PDF form we use in our film and television production business. I can upload if you want. Same form over and over is what we use.

Standard procedure workflow is for us to send the form to the point of contact (Production Manager/Coordinator) who fills out 95% of the form and signs as Person Filling Out Form. The most important signature is the Producer who completes the credit card portion of the form, essentially the responsible party. Basically, I need to have the PM fill out the form and them send it to the Producer for the final signature. I typically will not have the Producer's contact info or even their name when I send the form.

How would I do this in my Template? I've searched but have not found this scenario.

Thank you! Robert

Hello,

DocuSign does provide a feature that will enable you to send an Envelope to a known recipient, who can then enter the name and email address of a subsequent recipient, so they may access and sign the Envelope.

The following link provides information on "Manager Recipients" and I believe Specify Recipients type is an ideal fit for your use case:

The feature itself may need to be enabled within the Admin section of your DocuSign account, as per the Recipients Roles section of the following link:

If you have any further questions, please let us know.

Kind Regards,

Damian
