Hi!

There is a second account with the same email address, one of which is receiving some envelopes and the other is not.
If I delete one account, is the other one going to receive all the envelopes sent to the email addresses?

@Sergio Salvador - The account receiving all envelopes is probably your default account.  After you close that account, new envelopes will be sent to the other active account.  


Is there a way to consolidate or merge the 2 accounts since they have have same email address? If the old account created by the User has legacy documents, they would not want to lose them by using the new account.


@LB4 - You can work with your DocuSign Administrator to transfer completed envelopes into your default account or any templates that you created on the previous account.
