I am trying to determine an envelope count for this year for a group of users (they were assigned to a group id) we transferred to a different account (same Organization) later in the year. The reason for this is they sent the envelopes from our account which resulted in one of our pre-paid envelopes being consumed. I am supposed to recover those costs from the other account holder. I started running reports on the group we used, and I see those envelopes are omitted from the reports.
I thought envelopes sent from our account would appear in our account’s reports up to the time they were transferred. But this does not seem to be the case. Has anyone transferred envelopes and then ran any of the reports to get a listing after the transfer? Did those envelopes show up? Are my expectations incorrect? Once transferred they go “poof” from the account including reports, dashboards, analytics, etc…?
Is there a better way? Thanks for your help!
